Terms of Use of Digital Cutting Files

All downloads of Beary Sweet Designs or Kimm L designs cutting files, images, digital stamps, patterns, etc, are copyrighted to Kimm Landmesser, owner and designer.

Kimberly Landmesser reserves all ownership rights and copyrights to all files, graphics, patterns, digital stamps, images, etc.

Use of any digital product, whether purchased or free files, implies your agreement to to the below terms of use.

Files are for your personal use only and my not be shared or redistributed in any way.

What you can do:

• Use my patterns and digital stamps for personal use for creating completed projects.
• Use these patterns and digital images to create handmade project for resale and profit.
• If selling completed projects on an online setting such as ebay, etsy, personal website, etc, you are required to give credit to Kimm Landmesser at Beary Sweet Designs.
• Beary Sweet Designs reserves the right to amend these terms at our discretion.

What you may not do:

• Use these patterns or files to create a kit or a part of a kit for resale.  You may not sell individual "parts for assembly".  The entire piecing MUST BE put together.
• Use of Beary Sweet Designs patterns for mass production is prohibited.
• No patterns or files may be offered as free files for sharing on public or private boards.  Please direct friends or interested parties to the file location for purchasing or downloading.
• Files may not be stored in online albums or download sites with public access.
• No part of these files may be used to create another digital product or image.
• No part of these files may be used to create a printed product (pattern) for resale or distribution.
• No part of these images, files, or digital stamps may be used to create a rubber stamp.
• Scans or photos of finished artwork MAY NOT be offered as any part of a clipart collection.
• No part may be altered or auto-traced to create a new image for sharing or other distribution.
• These patterns may only be used for their intended purpose. Using the vectors to create a derivative work is a violation of the digital millenium act.
• Use of Beary Sweet Designs products, whether purchased or free files, implies you agree to these.
